The organisational version of the Creative Archetypes Profile is designed to deliver maximum diagnostic value with minimum disruption. A typical engagement is complete within four weeks.
Why creativity matters now more than ever
The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025 spells out how creativity is one of the key capabilities in today's world of work — and will remain so for at least the next five years.
Who it's for
The Creative Archetypes Profile is particularly valuable for:
Creative and innovation teams seeking to understand what's limiting breakthrough performance
L&D and HR leaders building the case for creativity as a measurable organisational capability
CEOs and founders who sense that creative potential is present but not fully expressed
Organisations preparing for significant change, disruption, or strategic reinvention
The Creative Culture Sprint
Week 1–2: The Assessment. Staff across every tier of the company complete the organisational CAP and the optionally the personal assessment. All responses are collected and processed.
Week 3: The Report. We produce the Creative Culture Profile Report. Strengths and weaknesses are identified, as are gaps between the different tiers of the organisation. This reveals precisely where creative capacity is being lost in transmission, and where intervention will have the greatest impact.
Week 4: The Debrief. A single session with senior leadership presenting the findings, explaining what the gaps mean, and outlining the highest-impact interventions.
Optional: The Workshop. A half-day or full-day creative culture session with the wider team, built around the specific findings of your report.
The Deliverable
Each organisational engagement produces a Creative Culture Report covering:
Primary archetype scores by tier
Secondary archetype scores by tier
Strongest and weakest creative dimensions
Gap analysis: leadership perception vs employee reality
Individual creative profiles where the personal assessment is included
Prioritised recommendations by archetype
