Paul’s career has followed a path guided as much by imagination and insight as by strategy. His early grounding in Jungian psychology and the mythological writings of Joseph Campbell gave him a lifelong fascination with the archetypes and stories that shape human experience.
This interest first found expression in a career as an artist and filmmaker, where he explored themes of identity, transformation, and the power of narrative. His creative work often blurred boundaries, drawing on symbolism, image, and story to reveal deeper truths.
By the early 2010s, Paul recognised that the insights he had honed through psychology and myth also had striking application in marketing, branding, and communications. He saw that businesses, like individuals, depend on compelling stories to orient themselves and inspire others.
Making the transition into marketing, he began working with organisations to uncover their deeper narratives and translate them into communications that resonate with authenticity and emotional weight.
